Community Health Services Officer

Job Description: OIC of Wilson Health Services Clinic mission is to promote and protect the health, wellness and safety of low-income citizens. As a health services officer, you will be responsible for conducting integrated targeted testing services that provide educational materials, perform street outreach, promote safe sex practices, maintain free condom distribution stations and routinely offer free testing for communicable diseases, i.e. Hepatitis C, syphilis, HIV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of client records
- Deliver positive test results in person, and in compliance with CDC protocols
- Establish street outreach stations
- Establish and maintain free condom distribution stations
- Perform outreach to help secure potential clients willing to be tested
- Conduct outreach in area detention centers
- Prepare/perform tests for submission to the state lab
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for all tests that are performed
- Enter testing data into the US CDC website EVAL-Web.
- Prepare and timely submit required reports, i.e. to NCDHHS
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a community health services officer, preferably within the nonprofit sector
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Deep knowledge of the local community and of targeted populations
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple duties within certain deadlines
- Integrity – direct and truthful
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Exceptional and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid NC Driver’s license
- Multi-lingual a plus
Project Manager

Job Description: As a project manager at OIC of Wilson, you will be responsible for our renovation project from initiation to completion. Our building requires renovations to the roof and flooring so a plan needs to be devised in order to have this completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, delegation and budget estimates
- Keep track of project progress to ensure successful completion
- Do research to find contractors that would be a best fit for the project
- Communicate with contractors to plan out the expectations, pricing and scheduling
- Sustain detailed documentation, including design plans, progress reports and photos
- Remain solution oriented while maintaining a positive attitude
- Actively communicate with the team regarding their needs and questions throughout the project
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description:
- A financial officer at OIC of Wilson will oversee and manage all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, as well as maintain, reports and invoices outlining all financial transactions and data to guarantee financial goals are being met
- Ability to manage finances to guarantee spending commitments are satisfied, ensuring financial sustainability
- Deliver budgets and guidelines for the team to ensure resources are managed properly
- Manages daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting functions
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations
- Analyze financial procedures for success and effectiveness and propose corrective actions

Requirements:
