Team Member/Teacher-Work Experience Coordinator
Responsible for energetic outreach and intake services, responsible for teaching the assigned curriculum in a way that all students can comprehend, assisting students as needed, and documenting grades, participation attendance etc. Responsible for identifying appropriate youth worksites to provide youth career exploration activities and skill sets for an estimated 275 students aged 14 - 21. Team Member/Case Manager
Responsible for energetic outreach and intake services, including but not limited to administering assessments, developing individual career plan, mentoring, monitoring worksites and providing case management for an estimated 125 students aged 15 – 18 and following the case plan through the follow-up period. Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Full-time, 3-year position. Salary CWE/A. Open continuously until filled.

Team Member/Senior Case Manager
Responsible for energetic outreach and intake services targeting prospective STEM students for supplemental activities during hours students are not in school, including but not limited to administering assessments, developing individual career plan, mentoring, monitoring worksites and providing case management for an estimated 150 students aged 14-21 and following the case plan through the follow-up period. Responsible for consistently and accurately collecting, entering and reviewing program data. Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Part-time, 3-year position. Salary CWE/A. Open continuously until filled.

Outreach Worker
Conducts door-to-door canvassing and energetic community outreach to targeted population groups age 14 -21. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Part-time, 3-year position. Hourly, 1099-Misc. CWE/A. Open continuously until filled.

Staff Assistant
Provides general office assistance in the office and in the field. Duties include preparing routine correspondence and reports, making copies, assisting with outreach events, stocking condom distribution sites, answering the telephone, maintain a generally accepted filing system and other duties as assigned. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Part-time, 3-year position. Hourly, 1099-Misc CWE/A. Open continuously until filled.

Payroll/Accounting Clerk
Prepares regularly scheduled payrolls for students. Double entry bookkeeping required. Ability to prepare routine correspondence and reports and detailed expenditure reports. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Part-time, 3-year position. Salary CWE/A. Open continuously until filled.

Youth Project Manager
Responsible for daily program operations, provide oversight and leadership to ensure the fidelity of service delivery, supervise program staff, monitor program execution, data collection and all aspects of programmatic and operational execution. Monitor service delivery and make recommendations in support of continuous improvement. Valid NC driver’s license required. In-state travel required. Data Analyst
